Diagnose and repair highly automated production equipment (electrical, mechanical, PLC/HMI, robotics, vision, motion control) to minimize downtime and restore stable operations;
Perform root cause analysis of automation, process, and material issues, implementing corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance and reliability;
Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new/upgraded equipment while maintaining technical documentation and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance equipment reliability;
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and external suppliers to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment;
Provide on-site support at the Reagent Operations facility in Chaska, Minnesota and be available for off-shift or on-call operations as needed
