Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Chaska, MN (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $37.68/hr on W2
Duration: 9 Months

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Operations team with departmental expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. This role will partner with Operations leaders to develop financial models, evaluate business scenarios, and support month-end close processes including variance analysis, journal entries, and ad hoc financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 5+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience
• Budgeting and periodic forecasting
• Financial modeling and business scenario analysis
• Month-end financial close support
• Variance analysis
• Journal entry preparation
• Ad hoc financial reporting
• Expense management and operational finance

• Manufacturing industry experience
• Standard costing knowledge
• Experience supporting Operations finance functions
