Innovation Product Manager – Immunoassay

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science, Business, or a related field, with 7 years of relevant experience OR a Masters degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability in formulating new product development strategies and roadmaps
• Conducting market and customer insight research to thoroughly comprehend customer needs and challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create diagnostic solutions
• Leading complex projects while working with teams across R&D, global/regional marketing, regulatory, clinical, quality, and operations

• Manage the product lifecycle for immunoassays, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to obtain voice of customer (VoC) insights and convert these into actionable portfolio development strategies
• Establish leadership within cross-functional teams for New Product Development, ensuring compliance with market and product requirements from pre-concept tollgate through the development cycle
• Evaluate financial performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide roadmap and strategic planning decisions
• Assist cross-functional teams in resolving product-related issues while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance

Our annual salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $170,000.
