Retention BonusThe candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months.
The bonus is non‑transferable to other roles.
This area has been designated as a Recruitment Desert. Employees who primarily work in a Recruitment Desert receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range).
Base Salary: $54,549.47 – $63,162.54 annually
Base salary + Recruitment Desert Differential: $62,731.89 – $72,636.92 annually
The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

We serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma.
Canvas Health is a non‑profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention, and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in‑home (Mobile Crisis Response), office‑based, and telehealth.
LocationChaska, MN
Schedule40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typically between 8 am and 5 pm.
Minimum Qualifications- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences.
AND
- Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance.
OR
- Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of “vendor of medical care.”
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
