AboutThe Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our team, providing behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Chaska, Minnesota area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ASD
- Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, including in‑home ABA therapy and behavior skills training
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including parents, caregivers, and other therapists, to ensure that client goals and objectives are being met
- Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy services - Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the highest level of service delivery
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed as a BCBA in the state of Minnesota
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other professionals
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
