Job Title
Monitor and document physical and mental health needs
Use withdrawal screening, interview and history taking to assess patient safety
Create and update medication administration records, administration of medication
Work with psychiatric providers to assess mental health symptoms and create treatment plans
Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder is preferred
Acknowledge understanding of Client Rights
Must complete DHS background check and be cleared to work in human services programs.
