Concentra is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Minnesota market in a per diem/PRN role. Experience in occupational medicine and/or urgent care is preferred to join our patient care team and support high-quality care for a busy workforce.
Shifts are 4–6 per month with center hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm across locations including Chaska, MN Airport, Mendota Heights, St Paul, Robbinsdale and Blaine.
