- Experienced in HR and recruiting within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting?
- Comfortable supporting both union and non-union teams with fairness and clarity?
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Build and execute recruiting plans for our Minnesota Division using job fairs, community partnerships, employee referrals, and social media. - Full-Cycle Hiring:
Screen, interview, and partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing aligns with production and business targets. - Candidate
Experience:
Coordinate touchpoints and onboarding to deliver a smooth, consistent journey from first contact through day one. - Compliance & Policy:
Uphold labor regulations, union contracts, and company policies, including FMLA, workers’ compensation, and disciplinary guidelines. - Employee Relations:
Advise supervisors and leaders; conduct investigations; recommend corrective actions; contribute to retention efforts. - Onboarding & Benefits:
Lead new-hire onboarding and benefits education; support culture-building and change initiatives. - Program Improvement:
Evaluate HR programs and processes; recommend enhancements as priorities evolve. - Beyond Recruiting:
When hiring volume dips, support employee engagement and development planning, provide payroll processing support, and align engagement/development messaging with our candidate pitch. - Team Support:
Assist with broader HR initiatives, hospitality and event coordination, and assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Language:
Spanish (and English) proficiency. - Human Resources expertise.
