Responsibilities
  • Oversee team installations and assist where and when needed with day‑to‑day functions.
  • Maintain records and audit of equipment, spacing, and spare parts inventories.
  • Provide recommendations to management for supply reorder.
  • Ensure proper installation practices and procedures are met consistently using best practices.
  • Oversee break/fix support process.
  • Complete more technical aspects of the break/fix process and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate changes, schedules, and monitor repairs while working with Business Lines to find an adequate time for replacement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical or vocational certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware such as monitors, small CPUs, and printers.
  • At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Basic understanding of IT incident management.
  • Working experience in hardware infrastructure, storage hardware, IT standards, procedures, policy, mid‑range hardware, mainframe hardware, change control, networking/communications hardware, telecommunications, and server hardware.
  • Extensive experience in IT environment, H/W installation and support, and technical troubleshooting.
Work Schedule

6pm to 6am, 3–4 days per week working 12‑hour shifts—one week 3 days, the next week 4 days, typically Wednesday to Friday and every other Saturday.

Compensation

Pay Range: $30.29 – $40.38. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
