• Valid State of Minnesota Teaching License in American Sign Language, grades K-12
• Proficiency in American Sign Language interpretation within educational environments
• Understanding of IEPs and accommodations for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
• Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter in schools is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Accurately interpret spoken language into sign language (and vice versa) in classroom settings
• Support direct communication between students, teachers, and peers to facilitate learning
• Collaborate with school staff to adapt materials and classroom environments as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
