Under general supervision, perform cleaning and grounds keeping tasks utilizing various equipment to care for all the district facilities and grounds. You may be assigned to work at different buildings depending on the needs of the district.

Major Job Functions/

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State of Minnesota Boiler Licenses (class depending on size of equipment in building) – within two years of placement
• MN Register Unlicensed Electrician – within one year of placement
• Pool Operator License if assigned building has a pool – within one year of placement
• Certified Building Operator Certificate preferred
• OSHA Standard, Right to Know, Blood Borne Pathogens (provided upon hire)

Monday - Friday;
September through April (inside; custodian): 2:45pm - 11:15pm, May through August (outside; grounds keeper): 6:00am - 2:30pm

Salary: $24.84/hr. + $0.40/hr. (shift differential when applicable)

Responsible To: Custodial Supervisor/Head Custodian/District Maintenance Supervisor
