What you’ll do in this role:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a proactive maintenance organization focused on equipment reliability, asset performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This position provides leadership, technical direction, and development for maintenance technicians while ensuring equipment, facilities, and utility systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. The role drives a maintenance operating model centered on preventive and predictive maintenance, structured problem solving, elimination of recurring failures, and data-driven decision making.

The Maintenance Supervisor partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment effectiveness, increase maintenance productivity, and deliver sustainable business results. Success in this role is measured through improvements in reliability, planned maintenance execution, equipment uptime, cost effectiveness, workforce development, and the elimination of chronic equipment losses.

• Adhere to and champion Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), FDA regulations, environmental standards, company policies, and operating procedures.
• Promote a culture where safety, quality, reliability, and operational excellence are foundational expectations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are executed in compliance with site procedures and applicable regulations.

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Improve asset reliability through equipment life-cycle management and risk reduction initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance programs effectively support production requirements and long-term business objectives.

  Equipment Uptime Operational Availability Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) Planned vs. Reactive Work Ratio Preventive Maintenance Compliance Preventive Maintenance Effectiveness Utilize maintenance and operational data to identify trends, prioritize resources, and improve asset performance.

• Lead structured root cause investigations for safety incidents, quality events, downtime losses, and recurring failures.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies including: A3 Thinking 5 Why Analysis Fishbone Analysis Failure Analysis Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
