For our client, we are seeking a Vice President of North America Operations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This senior leader will oversee multi-site manufacturing operations across North America, driving alignment between operational execution, productivity, quality, and financial performance. The role will partner closely with site leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to strengthen talent, improve systems, and support ongoing organizational change. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in regulated manufacturing environments and a track record of leading large-scale operational improvements.
Location:
Chaska, MN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead North American manufacturing strategy across multiple U.S. sites for instrument and reagent production
- Set and communicate strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity across the leadership team
- Drive key performance indicators for safety, quality, inventory, and operational P&L
- Implement continuous improvement practices using Lean, Kaizen, and other quality improvement tools
- Effectively communicate strategies and operational challenges throughout the organization
- Collaborate with HR on strategies for talent development and retention initiatives
- Oversee project managers in developing and executing project and financial plans
- Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, or a Master's/Doctoral degree with 18+ years; including 6+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing, global supply chain, and FDA/ISO regulated industries
- Degree in life sciences, engineering, sciences, or a related field
- Proven leadership in multi-site operations, with experience driving significant organizational change
- Background in implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
