We are seeking a hands‑on, people‑focused Production Supervisor to lead our production and materials teams in a dynamic contract manufacturing environment. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficient use of labor and materials, and ensure 100% on‑time production and delivery. You’ll motivate and develop team members, troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement, and foster a culture grounded in safety, communication, and accountability.
