Associate Technician Production Operations

This position is responsible for all aspects of pack prefill, conjugate IPT, calibrator prefill and value assignment testing. The role reports to the Reagent Operations Supervisor and is part of the Reagents and Other Consumables department. Candidates must work fully on‑site in Chaska, Minnesota on second shift (Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). The position is also eligible for a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely from home.

• Work closely within the Reagent Operations team to support customers and drive continuous improvement and model Core Behaviors.
• Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes.

• AA Degree.
• 0-1 years of experience working in a regulated lab facility.
• Ability to apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform activities.

• Experience working within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhering to quality guidelines.
• Strong PC skills.

The hourly range for this role is $24.00 – $28.00 per hour. This is the range the company believes is possible at the time of posting. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Additional benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) for eligible employees.
