About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery‑Production to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As an Operator 2, you will support daily bakery production by operating and adjusting equipment, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining efficient, compliant production operations.

  • Hours:

    10PM – 6:30AM
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $21.32
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
  • Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to ensure food meets quality and specification standards.
  • Monitor equipment performance, maintain settings, and ensure materials and supplies are available.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
  • Identify, report, and elevate food safety, quality, maintenance, and hygiene issues.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with safety policies.
  • Adhere to production schedules, running orders, and recipes to support efficient operations.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
  • Equipment and product knowledge with troubleshooting capability.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements, including standing, lifting, and working in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
  • Food manufacturing or bakery production experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
