Manufacturing Associate

Our food ingredients manufacturing client in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable  
** Manufacturing Associates
** who want stable, hands-on work and a place to build a long term career.

In this role, you will help create food ingredient blends used across multiple industries. You'll be learning food production processes and taking pride in producing something that truly matters.

** 1st

Shift:
** 5:00am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday

** Pay rate:**  $19/hr+ (depending on experience)

** You will:*
* + Blend and package products according to specifications

+ Learn how to operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches

+ Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability

+ Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe

+ Use stand-up forklifts (training provided)

+ Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part

** People who succeed in this role:*
* + Have previous manufacturing experience

+ Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently

+ Want a stable job with a steady schedule

+ Don't mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.)

+ Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with

+ Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean
