** Senior Supervisor, Blow Mold Department
** to join our team.## ## The Senior Supervisor, Blow Mold Manufacturing is responsible and accountable for achieving blow molding departmental production requirements across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This role provides senior-level leadership for blow mold operations, overseeing direct reports and ensuring consistent execution of standards, processes, and expectations across all shifts.##

This position is critical to building and sustaining a high-performing team through effective supervision, training, coaching, and development of supervisors and operators.## ##

* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

**## * ## Ensure safe work practices and partner with EHS to promote and maintain a strong safety culture.* ## Provide end-to-end leadership for blow mold manufacturing operations across all shifts.* ## Serve as the senior escalation point for safety, quality, production, equipment, and people-related issues.* ## Directly lead, coach, and develop direct reports consisting of leads, technicians, and operators; support training and certification of team.
* ## Ensure attainment of production plans while meeting quality, delivery, and cost goals.* ## Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma tools.## ##
** WHAT WE SEEK:**## * ## 5+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably blow molding or plastics.* ## 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required (multi-shift supervision preferred).* ## Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.* ## Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.* ##
