Packaging Technician - 2nd Shift

As a Packaging Technician, you will set up and operate packaging equipment in the final manufacturing stages of Lifecore products. During the course of your shift you will:

* Set up and operate equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products

* Inspect Lifecore products

* Document completed work during the packaging of the products

* Practice proper precautions and procedures when handling chemicals

* Participate in the review of Lifecore procedures

* Identify and communicate quality issues

* Acquire and maintain cleanroom and gowning qualifications

To qualify as a Packaging Technician, you'll need the following:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

* The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures.

* Able to lift 40 pounds

* Able to stand for the majority of your shift

* It's great if you also have at least 6 months of packaging experience, preferably in a medical device or equivalent regulated industry

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am

Starting pay: $20.75/hour + $1.25/hour 2nd shift premium
