Electrical Assembler

Twin City Staffing is hiring an electrical assembler for a busy company in the Chaska area! This role involves installing electrical wiring and assembling critical components according to blueprints and wiring diagrams. Location: Chaska, MN

Wage: $20.00 - $25.00/hr. (DOQ)

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Duties of the electrical assembler:

• Read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
• Lay out diagrams for installations per wiring specifications
• Install and wire devices like switches, meters, and transmitters
• Cut, strip, bend, and form wire, conduit, and tubing
• Connect color-coded wires, using mirrors in compact areas
• Solder connections and crimp connectors to wire ends
• Adjust assemblies and clarify diagram errors with engineers

Qualifications of the electrical assembler:

• High School Diploma/GED or 1-3 years of related experience
• Ability to read safety rules, blueprints, and procedure manuals
• Proficiency in basic math (fractions, decimals, and whole numbers)
• Physical ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and precision in assembly tasks
