Production Manager
The Hardware Operations Supervisor at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will manage manufacturing assembly for the Access 2 bench top instrument and oversee the field service packaging value stream.
Location:
Chaska, MN – on site.
- Manage direct reports’ work requirements and performance. Provide timely feedback and guide them on performance, career and professional development.
- Use standard work, daily management, and lean manufacturing principles to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
- Drive problem solving and sustainable process improvements to meet production plans.
- Foster continuous improvement using DBS tools, Kaizen, Gemba evidence to generate ideas that improve customer satisfaction and results.
- Set and deliver challenging personal goals to support growth targets.
- High school diploma with 8+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
- Experience driving to results in difficult or challenging situations while keeping teams engaged.
- Experience shifting approach when situations change and making decisions without full information or clear direction.
- Application of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing.
- Achieved CP in applicable DBS tools (SW, 5S, VRK, QSB, TPI).

Annual salary range is $85,000—$100,000. This range may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus/min incentive pay.
