Position: Mfg Team Member I

Job Overview

In this entry‑level role, you'll acquire hands‑on experience in assembly and inspection operations, developing valuable manufacturing skills while contributing to the production of innovative products that improve lives.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Adheres to Integer’s values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Associate Quality Policy.

Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI).

Undergoes close supervision; follows Standard Work.

Assembles component parts per drawings, using manual and automatic machine operation.

Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications; identifies and escalates quality non‑conformances.

Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

May package assemblies for shipment.

Participates in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Expands skill base through on‑the‑job training, cross‑training and classroom instruction.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

Actively participates in “flex break” programs as required.

Performs other functions as required.

Shift and Compensation

This Weekend Shift position operates Friday – Sunday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, with an 11% shift differential. 1st Shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30am – 3:30pm) has no differential. Pay ranges from $16.66 to $24.43 per hour.

Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
0–2 years of related experience.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.
Ability to recognize obvious defects in workmanship.
Preferred:
Ability to read blueprints.
Preferred:
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices.
Preferred:
Light assembly experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices.
Willingness to learn assembly operations and work under close supervision.
