Maintenance Technician Overnight (3rd Shift) Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Friday: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Support equipment upgrades, overhauls, and installations
- Monitor production lines and provide maintenance support as needed
- Complete and manage work orders using SAP or a CMMS system
- Document repairs, labor, and parts usage accurately
- Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
- Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems preferred
- Food manufacturing or bakery experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
One year of industrial plant maintenance planning experience preferred with:
- Specialized Technical Skills
- Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintenance Troubleshooting
- Failure Analysis
