Job Overview

Responsibilities- Adhere to Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements, including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, and company policies.
- Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates in one or more value streams or departments.
- Coordinate the alignment of resources and equipment to achieve production goals efficiently.
- Lead the implementation of the Integer Production System (IPS) and its five focus areas:
Enterprise alignment, Sustained Change, Standardization, Associate Engagement, and Systems & Process Optimization. - Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to associates.
- Promote an environment of diversity, open communication, and trust.
- Mentor associates, leading development and growth in their skills.
- Embed a culture of quality across the team, ensuring adherence to QMS and contributing to quality KPIs.
- Conduct Gemba walks, observations, and audits of 5S, safety, quality, and production processes.
- Execute production plans with planning, customer service teams, and others to meet customer requirements and lean principles.
- Communicate between shifts and departments to implement best practices, resolve problems, and sustain performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Manage by Gemba walks, observe and ask questions. Have a curious mindset and seek opportunities to improve processes. Listen actively, engage with team members across the site. Execute production plans, audit processes, and communicate best practices across shifts.
Performance Measures- Safety – prioritize environmental, health, safety and security.
- Quality – ensure products meet QMS and quality KPI goals.
- Cost – drive utilization and efficiency, identify lean opportunities.
- Delivery – coordinate production to meet schedule objectives.
- People – promote engagement and handle associate relations promptly.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline, or a combination of education and 5 years of experience in leading people and teams. - Minimum Experience:
3–5 years in a manufacturing environment with proven Lean manufacturing concepts. - Understanding of leadership, communication, decision making and problem solving.
- Preference for teamwork and prioritizing critical tasks.
Pay Range: $83,325 – $122,210. Compensation includes a base salary and a cash-based incentive program. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption, 401(k) with matching, 80 hours of holidays, paid time off, parental leave after one year, and optional supplemental insurance programs.
