Shift: 1st, and 2nd ($5 dollar shift differential)

Pay: [$24 - $33/hr]

Overview

We are hiring a machine operators to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you will set up and operate a laser/press brake while supporting production across the shop. If you have experience in fabrication, laser cutting, or machine operation and enjoy working with steel materials, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate an Amada 9000 laser cutting machine
• Operate a CNC press brake
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Support production using forklifts and plasma machines
• Work with carbon steel and stainless steel materials
• Assist in building bulk storage tanks, industrial blenders, and mixers
• Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating laser cutting equipment or similar machinery
• Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing or fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with carbon and stainless steel
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

This is a contract to hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
