CNC Lathe Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced CNC lathe supervisor for a direct hire position at a great company located in Chaska, MN. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role with room for advancement!
Location:
Chaska, MN Wage: $30 - $37/hr hours: 1st shift: 4 - 10-hour shifts, Monday – Thursday, but 5 – 8, Monday – Friday, is also an option.

Duties of the CNC turning supervisor:
- Oversee and guide a team of machinists in CNC turning operations
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Troubleshoot CNC turning machines and resolve issues promptly
- Train and mentor staff on proper machining techniques and safety protocols
- Manage workflow to meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Monitor inventory and order necessary materials
Requirements of the CNC turning supervisor:
- 7+ years of experience in CNC turning supervision
- 10+ years of experience in machining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup
- Knowledge of machining materials and processes
