The Production Operations role is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and executing work orders to on-time completion. This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of the Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site.

• Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
• Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, such as pH meters, conductivity meters, analytical balances, automated and semi-automated production equipment to deliver high quality product to downstream customers.

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience. High School Diploma required; AA Degree or Technical Degree preferred.
• Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP).

• Experience in a regulated industry such as FDA or ISO.

The hourly range for this role is $25-30 per hour. This range may be modified in the future.

Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
