We’re hiring Level 3 Machinists who can set up and run complex parts with minimal supervision—and we’re backing it up with competitive pay, industry-leading benefits and up to a $5,000 hiring/retention bonus

• Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis)
• Edit G-code and optimize toolpaths for efficiency
• Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, Inconel)
• Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence
• Own your setups, tool-life decisions, and part quality
• Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools
• Troubleshoot and fix problems fast and accurately
• Keep machines running efficiently and production on track

• 5+ years of horizontal milling experience in precision manufacturing (aerospace strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to independently set up and run complex jobs
• Strong CNC editing skills (G-code/CAM)
• Deep understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances
• Confidence working with difficult aerospace materials
• A mindset focused on speed, accuracy, and accountability
