Jonaco Machine is a full-service precision machining supplier with over 50 years of industry experience producing a portfolio of complex, close tolerance parts for customers in the aerospace/defense, medical and high technology industries.

We are seeking skilled Horizontal Milling (Makino) System Machinists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Horizontal Milling machines. The candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate Horizontal machines, and perform quality checks on finished products.

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set up and operate Horizontal CNC/MMC Machines
• Quality checks on finished products
• Make adjustments to machines as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Horizontal Milling Machining Systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Due to confidential defense contracts, candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
