This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. The role will primarily be in Purifications, with the potential to be flexed to other areas depending on business needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Must have AA degree or higher
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP)
Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and be able to move and stand over an extended period.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)

The hourly range for this role is $25-30/hr this is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
