Gilder Search Group is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician I in Chaska, MN on-site to join a precision aerospace/defense production team. You will build and test electromechanical hardware, solder, crimp, wind, bond and assemble components to exact specifications, then verify performance against drawings.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, hands-on assembly or test experience, blueprint reading skills, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, procedure-driven environment.
