Twin City Staffing is hiring a cleanroom packaging technician for a premier medical manufacturing facility in Chaska, MN! In this role, you will perform cleanroom packaging, tray sealing, labeling, and final inspection of medical products. Location:

Chaska, MN Wage: $20.50/hr hours: 1st Shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!)

Duties of the cleanroom packaging technician:

• Perform cleanroom packaging processes including labeling, printing, tray sealing, pouching, and final inspection
• Maintain accurate product accountability and complete detailed production logs during packaging runs
• Read and interpret basic manufacturing blueprints, job orders, and standard operating procedures
• Identify non-conforming product issues, report findings to supervisors, and stage completed products for sterilization

Requirements of the cleanroom packaging technician:

• Prior experience in medical device assembly or controlled cleanroom packaging environments
• Ability to pass required annual quality system training and regulatory compliance testing
• Manual dexterity required for performing repetitive, fine-motor packaging and sealing tasks
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and move materials throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to adhere to strict cleanroom gowning protocols including wearing gowns, masks, and gloves
