Production Operator

Operate production processes to meet output schedules and quality standards

Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient production lines

Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues promptly

Perform line changeovers efficiently to maintain production readiness

Identify and resolve quality issues to maintain product standards

Follow cleaning and sanitization procedures to maintain safe production areas

Maintain safety standards and report hazards or unsafe conditions

Apply lean practices and 5S principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Ability to perform basic math including fractions and decimals

Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow procedures accurately

Ability to work extended hours and meet production deadlines

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive movements

Ability to work in indoor environments with exposure to heat, humidity, and production materials
