We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily manufacturing operations by safely moving, receiving, organizing, and staging materials throughout our facility. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping production running efficiently.

Responsibilities- Operate forklifts to safely transport materials throughout the facility and yard
- Load and unload flatbed trucks, trailers, and incoming shipments
- Receive and verify materials against packing lists and shipping documents
- Stage materials for production, fabrication, and welding departments
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records
- Store and organize raw materials and finished goods
- Keep indoor storage areas and outdoor yards clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with drivers and production teams to coordinate material flow
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with general shop and fabrication support as needed
- 1+ year of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting
- Experience loading and unloading materials, products, or freight
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely handle large and heavy materials
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts
- Experience with overhead cranes, jib cranes, or rigging equipment
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience
- Experience maintaining inventory and material records
- Stable, full-time employment
