Label Operator - 3rd Shift
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is looking for detail-oriented, computer-savvy individuals to join their team. This role involves producing labels for life-saving diagnostic reagents, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment.
Available shifts include:
Sunday
- Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Weekend Shift Friday
- Sunday 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
All new hires will train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for approximately 8 weeks.
What You'll Do- Create and print labels for Beckman Coulter reagent products using computer-based systems and production equipment.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot labeling and packaging machinery.
- Ensure labels are accurate and meet strict quality standards.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Follow FDA, ISO, GMP, and company operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify process enhancements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and support teams to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or similar experience.
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a quality-focused environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work overnight hours and complete initial training on 1st shift.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
- Experience with labeling, packaging, machine operation, or production equipment.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO-regulated processes.
- Experience maintaining production records or documentation.
Competitive starting pay of $24.20 per hour

Employees spend most of their shift at a workstation operating labeling and production equipment while following strict quality and safety guidelines. Required PPE includes a smock, hairnet, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
