Assembly Operator Position Overview

Operators are skilled assembly professionals responsible for executing precise, hands-on manufacturing processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure consistent quality and production standards.

• Perform hands-on assembly tasks using specialised table-mounted tools and equipment.
• Execute cutting, stripping, and cleaning processes according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
• Work under microscopes and follow visual aids, diagrams, and assembly instructions with accuracy.
• Capture photographs and complete basic production documentation as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members within a designated area of the production line.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Experience in small-parts assembly, such as electronics, PCB manufacturing, medical devices, or similar precision manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the organisation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work as part of a team.
