At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home.

• Location: Shakopee, MN
• Hours:
  • Days Tuesdays 12‑hour shift
  • Days Thursdays 10‑hour shift
• Client Specifics: 10 year old with a g‑tube

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care—so no experience is required to get started. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll receive guidance throughout the learning curve. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is the key to fitting in.

Base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
