Description- Monitor patients in recovery and through their discharge.
- Provide patient education on conditions, procedures, and recovery.
- Patient intake, and EMR documentation.
- Perform lab controls, collection of specimens, lab testing and charting, and monitoring lab area. Assist with phone triage, patient messages, medication refills, and prior authorizations.
- Post op calls to surgery/procedure patients.
- Assist with facility upkeep and cleaning responsibilities.
- Collaborating with the medical team on post-operative patient care and facilitating timely specialized interventions.
- Assist with other various tasks associated with position responsibilities.
- Experience as PACU Nurse is preferred.
