Quality Supervisor High Bonus + High growth organization + Fantastic Benefits + Autonomy A bit about us:

We are a regional industrial products and services organization supporting customers across manufacturing, distribution, light assembly, and technical service. Our work supports demanding environments where quality, documentation, consistency, and customer trust matter. The business has a strong foundation, a respected brand behind it, and a leadership team that wants quality to be owned by the full organization, not just one department.

Why

join us?
  • You’ll have real ownership over the quality system at a moment where the business wants to move from compliance to excellence.
  • This is not a narrow inspection role. You’ll work across operations, warehouse, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and engineering.
  • You’ll help shape ISO 9001 readiness, internal audit cadence, documentation, risk analysis, management review, and quality training.
  • You’ll report to a leader who wants someone collaborative, thoughtful, and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • The role has leadership exposure without being buried in people management. You’ll oversee one direct report and still stay close to the work.
  • The company has a strong brand, stable customer base, and a quality‑forward environment with room to make the system even better.
  • It’s a strong fit for someone who wants to build, influence, and improve without stepping too far away from the hands‑on quality work.
