Supplier Quality Manager – Responsibilities
- Directly manage the Supplier Quality team to support daily operations and meet customer needs, driving accountability and prioritizing work assignments.
- Engage and develop talent through training, coaching, and modeling behaviors aligned with Danaher Core Values and Danaher Business System tools.
- Establish and drive clear objectives for the team with SMART goals, tracking progress and reporting to Operations partners and the Quality organization on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with Operations to align on short‑term actions and goals.
- Maintain, implement, and continually improve processes and the QMS infrastructure to provide best‑in‑class compliance and business support.
- Develop and proactively manage local metrics to gauge process performance.
- Provide guidance to Operations, Quality, extended Quality groups, and other functions regarding compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years experience, OR Master’s degree with 7+ years experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Supplier quality and supplier management experience.
- Experience working within a global, multi‑cultural, matrixed organization.
Annual salary range: $130,000 to $160,000. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees. For more information on benefits, see Danaher Benefits Info.
