Field Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering

Job Summary:
" Perform field failure analysis on parts identified by customer
" Verify correctness of quality issue
" Perform RCA on the identified part or related part
" Find immediate countermeasure to manage line
" Hands on segregation and measurement of on-hold parts
" Identify countermeasure for permanent resolution
" Good understanding of GD&T and associated metrology and measurement techniques
" Understanding of RCA methods and 7QC tools
" Hands on experience in metrology and understanding of part manufacturing processes, specifically machining and sheet metal
" Knowledge on electronic parts qualification and incoming part approval process
