The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) in Chaska, MN. The MASM-IT will gain hands-on experience in various management functions, including customer service and sales productivity. Through a structured training program lasting up to 6 weeks, candidates will learn to oversee departments ensuring excellent execution of key programs.
The ideal candidate should be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED. In addition, experience in retail environments is preferred, as well as the ability to work effectively across teams to drive customer engagement.
