Reports To: Front End Manager

Classification: Part Time

Rate of Pay: Progressive scale up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

• Ring up customer purchases accurately, efficiently, and promptly
• Problem‑solve customer questions and/or concerns (may need to call a manager)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be part of a dedicated team that arrives promptly and works as scheduled

• Friendly and outgoing; promotes customer service to the team
• Experience working front end
• Knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette
• Motivated to grow career and continue learning

• Frequent (≥ 15% of shift / at least 10 repetitions): Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds, reaching, standing, turning, equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine); mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math
• Occasional (< 15% of shift / < 10 repetitions): Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., squatting, stooping/bending, walking; equipment operation calculator
