• Complete maintenance work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make‑ready work, move‑in inspections, and unit renovations
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, appliances, doors, locks, and hardware
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs
• Perform ground maintenance and maintain curb‑appeal standards
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
• Ensure common areas, amenities, and building exteriors are maintained to company standards
• Communicate professionally with vendors and property management teams
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance, multifamily maintenance, handyman, facilities maintenance, residential maintenance, or building maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Experience completing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• EPA Certification
• HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification
• Boiler experience
• Appliance repair experience
• Multifamily housing experience
• On‑call maintenance experience
