Entry-Level Residential HVAC Technician REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent trade school graduates or individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in the HVAC industry. You'll receive hand-on training while working alongside experienced HVAC technicians, learning the skills needed to install, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities- Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment and materials
- Drive company vehicles to residential job sites (acceptable driving record required)
- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including:
- Furnaces
- Air conditioning systems
- Heat pumps
- Indoor air quality equipment
- Thermostats and controls
- Assist with installing temporary equipment, gas piping, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Help with system startups, testing, and basic troubleshooting
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicles, and job sites
- Work closely with experienced HVAC technicians while developing technical skills
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at every job site
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- EPA Certification (preferred, not required)
- Trade school education or coursework in HVAC
- Experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical, or electrical work
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Recent trade school graduates are encouraged to apply
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, climb, push, pull, reach, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to work safely on ladders, rooftops, and in crawl spaces or attics when required

Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
