What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a full-time Field Operations Coordinator that serves as the focal point in managing the operations of the EPS warehouse and organizational assets.

• Responsible for the overall management and organization of the EPS warehouse including all equipment, specialty tools, and EPS vehicles.
• Works closely with the EPS Director of Operations providing effective solutions supporting the field with equipment and EPS assets.
• Ensures the readiness and availability of all equipment, vehicles, and specialty tools are available to EPS employees upon request.
• Coordinates the maintenance and repair of EPS vehicles, tools, and equipment when required both internally and externally.
• Responsible for the DOT certification and maintenance inspection on all EPS assets as inspections and re-certifications as they come due.
• Ability to multi-task, determine level of priorities, and support our electrical, telecom services, and technology systems with equipment and material deliveries.
• Ensures the tracking and security of tools, equipment and materials are maintained at all times.
• Conducts regular inventory of tools, equipment and materials and assigned EPS vehicles as required.
• Responsible for the coordination for pickup and disposal of recyclable materials.
• Duties and responsibilities include operating equipment, greasing, lubricating, and performing daily maintenance on equipment and other specialized equipment.
• Completes miscellaneous warehouse tasks and completes various assignments as requested by the EPS Director of Operations.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record. A CDL or Class A License is preferred.
• Basic understanding of general vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Will need to be able to see and identify colors.
• Outstanding customer service skills and possesses a keen sense for detail.
• Ability to have good foresight to help anticipate changes in conditions and operations to the greatest extent possible and the ability to react and provide assistance as needed.

Qualifications Set You Apart

• Proficiency in driving and operating equipment.
• Class A License with a clean driving record.
• Warehouse management experience and forklift certification.
• Understanding of the construction industry.
• OSHA 10 and first aid certifications.

Compensation Range for the Field Operations Coordinator

• Starting compensation is based on your relevant job experience.
• This role is a salaried position with one or two direct reports.
• The starting salary range for this role is between $75,000 to $82,000.

Physical Requirements/Essential Functions

• Be able to give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication.
• Operate motor vehicles, driving to and from work sites, corporate offices, and vendor locations.
• Sufficient vision to read instructions, blueprints, documents, etc., as well as to drive in daylight and at night and to avoid hazards on the job site. Must…
