Technician Shipping​/Receiving and Distribution - 1st Shift Local Box Truck Driver

Technician Shipping/Receiving and Distribution-Driver associate is responsible for driving a box truck to deliver/pickup materials and place or retrieve them from multiple drop zone locations within a one-mile radius. Hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet productivity standards. It reports to the Distribution Manager in the Shipping, Receiving and Market department, located in Chaska, MN, and is an on-site role.

• Work across multiple departments to pick and deliver multiple materials needed at multiple buildings.
• Perform basic problem solving to resolve issues.
• Improve healthcare for patients by delivering critical materials.

• High school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of experience driving a box truck.
• A clean driving record. No more than two moving violations within the past 24 months and no DUI within the past 5 years.
• Passing a DOT physical.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to get in and out of a box truck multiple times per day to deliver boxes or packages up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to use pallet jacks, electric and manual to move pallets of materials.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40 lbs, and other physical requirements.

• Standing forklift operation.
• Computer skills.
• Receiving or shipping processes.

• Annual salary range: $20.50–22.00 per hour (subject to change).
