The Technician Shipping/Receiving and Distribution‑Shipping associate is responsible for receiving finished goods, picking, packing and order confirmation.
Monitor and maintain daily shipping/receiving batch records, provide data and insights to support shipping operations, validate shipping queue and support corrective and preventive actions.
Manage return inventory and pick full pallets from the shipping zone. Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities- Receive finished goods, pick, pack, and confirm orders.
- Monitor and maintain daily shipping and receiving batch records.
- Support shipping operations, validate shipping queue, and aid corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage return inventory and pick full pallets from shipping zone.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards, including forklift use, temperature conditions, and accurate data entry.
- High‑school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping environment.
- Ability to work in a 2–8 °C cooler periodically during the week.
- Ability to multi‑task and have foresight to upcoming duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards.
- Standing forklift operation
- Computer skills
- Receiving or shipping processes
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $20.50 to $22.00 per hour and is eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
