Part-Time Service Office Administrator

This role is contract-based for three months and involves supporting the Central Toronto Ministry of Health funded programs. You will manage confidential documents, prepare payroll reports, and schedule training sessions. Ideal candidates need at least three years of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management and programs
• Prepare, submit, and file confidential documents
• Enter data for payroll and finance reports
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Assist with office maintenance, inventory, and supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12;
Business/Accounting Diploma preferred
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
