Associate Director of Agriculture Accounts

In this key position, the Associate Director is responsible for managing complex portfolios, ensuring credit decisions align with bank policies, and collaborating with Senior Directors. You will focus on delivering tailored financing solutions while fostering long-term relationships with agribusiness clients, enhancing service quality, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit information for lending processes

• Negotiate loan structures aligned with client needs

• Assess client repayment capacity using financial models

• Manage portfolio performance for compliance and risk

• Develop business plans to enhance client relationships

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in credit or financial operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred

• Strong analytical skills in financial assessment

• Proven ability in loan structuring and regulatory compliance
